The Bay Tree Red Onion Marmalade is a sticky savoury marmalade, perfect with cheese and also superb as an ingredient in sauces.


Tasty Tips
Use in a Spanish omelette in place of white onions for a rich flavour.
Grill onto a baked mushroom with cheese or vegetables.
Spread onto readymade puff pastry then pile prosciutto and sliced mushrooms on top. Bake until pastry is cooked through.
