Independently tested and certified by the UMF Association under the NZ Government Export standards, all Steens Honey is unpasteurised and minimally processed to ensure the honey delivered to you is just as nature intended. We don’t use fine filters, or heat our honey above the naturally occurring temperature of the hive, to ensure all active properties remain intact with the inclusion of naturally occurring bio-available bee-bread, pollen and honey.
