Introducing hot honey! This Kimchi Hot Honey was developed with the mission to reduce food waste. We rescued the natural byproduct of kimchi brine and combined this with our pure Scottish Blossom honey to bring you a delightfully sweet and mildly spicy condiment to experiment with your dishes. 


A product you can enjoy in good conscious with the knowledge that slowly but surely you are contributing to reducing food waste!


Enjoy drizzled over pizza, meat or even salads with some oil.
