La Molisana Mezzi Half Rigatoni Pasta No.32
A must-have for any pasta lover, La Molisana Mezzi Rigatoni 32 are made with bronze dies to give them a rough surface that captures and retains your sauce. Mezzi" means half and Rigatoni, comes from the Italian word "Rigato", which means "ridged" or 'lined', making it great at holding onto pasta sauces. Named after the lines that run through them, mezzi rigatoni are tubes with a larger diameter than penne.

For the perfect pasta - Cook your pasta in salted Boiling Water. Use 1 litre of water per 100g of pasta. Boil the pasta for 12 minutes, for the perfect Al Dente Pasta.
