Chunky, rich and wonderfully traditional, it has a deep caramelised orange flavour thanks to the muscovado sugar. Buttered and toasted granary bread or sourdough would be our first choices, and hot porridge a close second. But if we’re being honest, we’ve also been known just to eat it straight out of the jar with a spoon.
