Like all quality green teas, the leaves are harvested in the springtime. Later, during the hot summer months, fragrant jasmine buds are picked by hand and gently laid onto the tea. At dusk, the buds slowly unfurl, releasing their full fragrance overnight. The flowers are then removed and the ritual is repeated until the green tea is perfectly infused with the soft heady scent of jasmine.
