Usage

Instructions
For Taste: Simply grind and sprinkle onto food.
For healing & cleansing: Drink sole (solay) a 1% water/salt solution.
For a detoxifying bath: Add a good handful to your bath water.
For re-hydration during & after exercise: Add a quarter of a teaspoon of salt for every litre of water
