Our Il Tinello Yellow Label Balsamic Vinegar is produced just outside of Modena, the historical heart of balsamic vinegar production in Italy.  Certified PGI (Protected Geographical indication) the Il Tinello Yellow Label is an exceptional value, high quality balsamic vinegar which will elevate your dishes with its young, woody, sharp and acidic aromas.  With a Brix grade of 38 this vinegar is recommended for marinades, salad dressings and for zesting up any cooked greens.

A female-founded business, Il Tinello is a brand of the Il Borgo del Balsamico Acetaia which was started by the Crotti sisters having grown from their father’s previously small and very local business which started producing vinegar in 1970.

Using traditional ageing methods Il Tinello is a 100% natural product with no colouring agents, preservatives or added flavourings.
