Shawarma is a classic Middle Eastern dish of meat, usually chicken, marinated in a blend of herbs and spices, often cooked "rotisserie style".
A classic Shawarma blend contains herbs and spices including cumin, cardamom, paprika and chilli amongst others, for a fantastically fragrant flavour with a little kick.
